Xorn (Marvel Universe scale)

I've always thought Xorn was the wierdest/neatest thing to come from Grant Morrison's "New X-Men". I wanted a figure of him in the Marvel Universe scale. This guy was made primarily from a G.I. Joe movie Cobra Commander. The jacket was from an older Joe I can't recall, and the arms came from a movie version of Snake Eyes. The helmet was Cobra's head, but I filled some gaps, sanded it down, and made it Xorn's. I really like how he came out, being the most custom work I've done with a figure that wasn't a Stikfas.
